We are looking for a passionate career Legal Assistant who is eager to bring their experience and strong organisational skills to this role. You will have at least 3 years' relevant experience from a law firm together with the motivation to take ownership of your next role and build long-term relationships with your key operators.
A strong work ethic and attention to detail, the ability to manage conflicting priorities and keep on top of deadlines are some of the key qualities we are looking for, in addition to sound Microsoft Office and general IT skills. Although you may not have experience in an IP/IT practice, you will have excellent experience in other well regarded practices with a strong desire to learn new skills.
Your role

Your responsibilities will include:
drafting correspondence to clientsfile management including opening filesmonthly billing and reportingliaising directly with clientsother general administrative duties and support as required.This role requires excellent professional written and oral communication skills and the successful candidate must have confidence in dealing with people across the legal profession in an engaging and friendly manner. In addition, applicants must demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, the ability to be proactive and the ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
