Position Description: 30004129 LEGAL ASSISTANT.pdfThe Job Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Regulatory, you will:Provide legal administrative assistance to lawyers in the Commercial & Regulatory legal team.Provide administrative and operational support to the EA to the General Council. Provide broad general systems support across the Legal Department.Retrieve information and register files through practice management system and local databases.Assist in administrating the ABC's trademark portfolio, including coordinating renewals of registered trademarks.About You You have highly advanced secretarial experience in a legal environment with a knowledge of legal terminology and?procedures. Your skills and experience will include:Good communications skills - an ability to present written documentation clearly and concisely and a welcoming and engaging phone manner.Good interpersonal skills - an ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, actively and engage with team.Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
