In this Administrative Support position, you will gain exposure to diverse areas of law, supporting lawyers across multiple practice areas as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and adaptable, with a passion for building a rewarding, versatile career.

Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize mail, couriers, and document preparation, including drafting and transcribing correspondence. Communicate effectively with clients and manage inquiries, client intake, and conflict searches. Organize client meetings, discoveries, and mediations, maintaining the lawyer's schedule and agenda. Maintain accurate electronic and paper client files using a document management system. Ensure that all documentation is well-organized, proofread, and meets professional standards. What You Bring Experience: Graduate of a legal assistant/paralegal program, with prior Legal Assistant experience. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail. Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and a strong aptitude for learning new software. Adaptability: A positive, client-focused team player who thrives on providing exceptional service across various legal disciplines.
