Their vision is to redefine legal services for the digital age, prioritising high performance and collaboration.THE ROLEAs the Legal Administration Manager, you will report directly to the Office Operations Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Optimising support staff contribution and maintain and improve their engagement through setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and evaluating performance;Developing the capability of the support team, including their ability to deliver excellent work, connect with people, and develop and maintain a successful relationship with clients;Managing resources and allocate or re-distribute work and support to ensure administrative capability is both optimised and available to support the practice group and partners in their delivery to clients;Monitoring and maintain both quality and consistency of services provided to the practice group and partners and identify and progress opportunities for improvement;Escalating and alerting the Operations Manager to issues that may impact the day-to-day operations on an ongoing basis;Leading and supporting on continuous improvement workstreams for the national legal support function.ABOUT YOUTo be considered for this role, you must have prior experience working in a law firm. Additionally, you will have a proven track record of managing a large team and handling challenging conversations.
