The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, scholarship in learning and teaching, and engagement in the relevant academic discipline in People Culture and Organisations.
They will be expected to undertake undergraduate and post-graduate teaching with further opportunities for Executive Education teaching.
As a passionate academic, they will also be provided with opportunities for leadership and professional development.
They will also be encouraged to work closely with industry partners in both teaching and scholarship of L&T.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-quality courses in relevant academic disciplines.Develop course materials and assessment tasks that meet the needs of students and are aligned with the learning objectives of the respective programs.Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.Provide academic guidance and support to students, including advising on career pathways and postgraduate study options.Maintain an active research program, with a focus on Innovation and Scholarship of Learning and Teaching (iSoLT), securing internal funds through project submission.Identify opportunities for iSoLT and engage with other stakeholders to understand and deliver iSoLT outcomes.Key Points: Teaching focussed position, commencing early 2025.Located at our vibrant Bentley campus in Perth and working closely with our global campuses in Mauritius, Dubai, Singapore, and Miri.Leadership opportunities for career development are available.Industry connections and collaboration are encouraged.About The School of Management and Marketing:
