Position Overview
In addition to impactful teaching and research, this role will focus on developing industry partnerships and enhancing curriculum design with a focus on work-integrated learning and introducing innovative technologies including AI.
Key responsibilities include:

Deliver high-quality teaching in Management – Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Develop innovative course materials, integrating Work Integrated Learning and Authentic Assessment components.
Conduct impactful research, aiming for national and international recognition.
Build industry connections to support innovative research, knowledge exchange, work-integrated learning and graduate employment opportunities.
Co-supervise PhD students and contribute to the academic community through service and leadership.

This continuing position is full time, primarily based at the City Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land), with the opportunity to undertake work at our other locations as required.
The start date for this role is flexible, with the expectation you will commence by February 2025.
About you
You will have completed a PhD in Management / Innovation & Entrepreneurship or a related area, and have relevant experience in teaching and research. In addition, we would love to hear from candidates with experience in;

Successful engagement with industry stakeholders in the area of management/innovation and entrepreneurship to inform research and teaching.
Designing and developing new curricula in management/innovation and entrepreneurship, with an emphasis on work-integrated learning and authentic assessment.
Submission of grant applications in the broader area of management.
Incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into teaching and research.

Remuneration and Benefits
The remuneration for this position is from $112,717 - $133,853 + 17% superannuation.
