About the role A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Hospitality Lecturer to join our passionate academic team.
In this role, you will be teaching research methods and/or business ethics within our postgraduate program.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to: Deliver assigned subjects face to face Focus on continual quality improvement by reviewing & updating teaching/learning materials/resources and assessments Foster student learning by using a variety of pedagogical/andragogical techniques Undertake academic administration, including peer review activities, assessment moderation, faculty meetings and engaging in college activities.
Actively engage in development activities for teaching and discipline knowledge and skills.
This is a casual role based at our campus in the heart of Adelaide.
About you: You can deliver teaching and learning outcomes to students of varying abilities and experiences.
In addition to specific discipline expertise, industry experience or connection would be advantageous.
Your understanding of technology-enhanced teaching approaches to lead continuous quality improvement is imperative to this role.

Additional requirements include: Relevant postgraduate tertiary qualifications (Doctorate).
Experience in the subject discipline – Ethics, Research Methods Ability to supervise students on Work Integrated Learning Placement Demonstrated advanced skills, experience, and success in teaching in the subject areas Demonstrated knowledge and ability to interpret and apply policy and procedure An understanding of and connection to industry and the benefits of industry-based learning Demonstrated experience in the review and development of subjects and curriculum and the production of high-quality teaching and learning resources and assessments Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining links with external education, professional and industry groups Able to build and maintain industry networks Current child-related work certificate (DCSI) or ability to obtain.
