Description: Central Regional TAFE is responsible for delivering customer-focused, industry-aligned training and pathways to higher education to build a skilled, productive and employment-ready workforce. We deliver 185 courses to 10,000 students each year in the Mid West region - Geraldton, Batavia Coast Maritime Institute and Technology Park, the Gascoyne region - Carnarvon and Exmouth, the Goldfields region – Kalgoorlie and the Wheatbelt region - Northam, Merredin and Moora.

Job Requirements: A lecturer's primary role is to teach, facilitate learning and conduct assessment in traditional, new and innovative ways to a diverse range of clients. Lecturers will also be involved in the provision of consultancy, information and promotional services to industry, prospective students and community clients.
To be successful in this role you will have a Teaching Qualification (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of vocational or lecturing experience relevant to this position with an ability to facilitate and encourage learning. It is preferred that applicants already possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher recognised teaching qualification) or can demonstrate progression towards the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
