Lecturer – Business & Workforce ManagementFull time, continuing appointmentTeaching Focused Academic Level A Salary $74,157 to $111,253Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leaveAlice Springs Campus, NTApply your passion and experience in Business and Workforce Management to teach students at Charles Darwin University (CDU)About the PositionAs a Lecturer – Business & Workforce Management, you will contribute to the teaching effort of programs provided by the Business & Workforce Management team, this will include preparing, delivering and assessing students to the competency standards of nationally accredited training packages in line with best teaching practices and industry standards.About YouTo be successful, you will require:Education, training and/or relevant industry experience equivalent to completing a Diploma in Business, Project Management or Human Resource Management.Current qualification equivalent to a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or its successor) and the ability to obtain competencies in additional core units as required.Demonstrated experience providing training within a workplace setting or educational institution in Business and Commerce.Experience in researching and developing training tools to meet the needs of students and/or industry clients.Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including communicating culturally sensitively with internal and external stakeholders to whom English may not be the first language.Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team.Competency with the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software packages.RemunerationAppointment to this role will be at Teaching Focused Academic Level A.
The base salary will be in the range of $74,157 to $111,253 per annum.
