The role

As a Leasing Paralegal, you will support a Partner and duties will include preparation of and drafting of leasing documentation, amending documents, negotiation of clauses, registration of leasing documentation, dealing with clients and general file management duties. You will be running retail shop leasing files autonomously as well as assisting on franchising files.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years retail shop Leasing Paralegal experience. They will train in Franchising.

The Law Firm/ Salary

Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $85,000 - $100,000 + Super + bonus'). Boutique law firm in the Brisbane CBD of 13 staff and growing. Fun and flexible work environment. Social club and every Friday afternoon drinks! WFH 1 day a week after training.
