You will draft and advise on leases, including agreements for lease, fit out deeds, subleases, assignments, surrenders, default notices, terminations, exercise of options and rent reviews, as well as negotiate lease terms and identify appropriate amendments.
YouWill be a leasing lawyer who has a working knowledge of the Retail Leases Act and competency in drafting and advising on lease documentation for both tenant and landlord.
You will also have a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for your clients.
