This role is above and beyond other legal support roles: It's a true partnership,  non-hierarchical  style of working.
Working for a delightful team consisting of 2 Partners, 1 Special Counsel and 2 Senior Associates, this is a role that will certainly keep you busy both from a secretarial and an executive assistant point of view!
The day to day will consist of complex diary management, corporate client liaising, drafting and preparing legal documents, billing, organising meetings, etc.
the role also encompasses interesting review work and confidential document matters for some HUGE players in big industries!
You will have an eye for detail and an ability to look outside the box to "make things happen".
The team will be remarkably supportive of you and your career promoting your development and helping you push from strength to strength.
To be a superstar in this role you will need to demonstrate: To be successful in the role you will have at least 12+ months of experience in a medium to large firm.
Dispute Resolution or   Litigation  experience would be highly advantageous but not necessary.
You will have a warm and friendly demeanour and the ability to build strong relationships.
As this role is largely client-facing, you will have immaculate presentation and be detailed orientated, with a keen interest in improving processes.
