Are you passionate about real estate and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenant inquiries, conducting property inspections, and ensuring the smooth leasing process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to tenant and prospective tenant inquiries promptly and professionally Conduct property inspections and coordinate viewings for prospective tenants Assist in the leasing of residential properties by processing applications and conducting reference checks Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirements Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience in property management or a leasing role is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to work well independently and as part of a team A positive and proactive attitude with a strong customer service focus Valid driver's license and own transport What We Offer:
