We are seeking a motivated and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenant inquiries, conducting property inspections, and ensuring the smooth leasing process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to tenant and prospective tenant inquiries promptly and professionallyConduct property inspections and coordinate viewings for prospective tenantsAssist in the leasing of residential properties by processing applications and conducting reference checksPrepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date property listingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsProvide excellent customer service throughout the leasing processSkills and Experience Required: Previous experience in property management or a leasing role is preferredExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilitiesAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamA positive and proactive attitude with a strong customer service focusValid driver's license and own transportWhat We Offer: A supportive and friendly team environmentCompetitive salary and commission structureOngoing training and development opportunitiesCareer growth within a well-established agencyTO APPLY: CHELSEA
