Located in Shellharbour this team is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their high-performing Property Management division.
This role will see you prospecting into a sales associate or junior property manager.
The Role: We are seeking someone to ensure this agency's point of difference is embedded into everything they do.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Handling and addressing all rental inquiries Conducting open homes Conducting reference checks on potential tenants Leasing properties Handling Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections Processing rental applications Assisting Property Managers with ad hoc duties   The Candidate: A Certificate of registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
Previous Real Estate experience is desired for this role.
