Leasing Consultant - Inner West

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant that is keen, eager, and looking to freshen up their career! This is an office you will want to be working for!

The Role: Conducting & running open homes
Liaising with tenants
Processing rental applications
Ingoings & outgoings – you will provide support to the property management team
Diary Management
Prepare properties for online advertising
Preparing leases and lease packs
Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate: All training provided (minimal real estate experience is advantageous)
A Car, Drivers License & Certificate of Registration
We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
The ability to provide a high level of service
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
