Job Description:Are you a dynamic and hardworking individual looking to join a wonderful team? Seeking a Leasing Consultant to support a Senior Property Manager (SPM) overseeing a portfolio of 250 properties.Key Responsibilities:Conducting open inspections on Saturdays and mid-week.Scheduling and performing inspections by appointment.Responding to enquiries via phone and email.Carrying out ingoing and outgoing inspections, as well as routine inspections.Reviewing applications and preparing approval letters and lease documents.Assisting the property manager with various tasks.Requirements:Certificate of Registration in Real Estate and a valid driver's license (a car is required).No prior experience needed, but a positive attitude, polished appearance, and a strong work ethic are essential.Availability to work Monday through Saturday with a half-day off during the week.Working hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM.Qualifications:Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.Reliable vehicle.Systems Used:Property Tree & File SmartAdditional Benefits:Enjoy working in a stunning office with an amazing culture.Be part of a three-office network with opportunities for growth and development.Commissions on offer.Car allowance/phone provided.Please call Chelsea Ashard on 0499 298 133 for more information or email your CV ******.
