An award-winning boutique property law firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Leasing Assistant to join their dynamic team based in Sydney CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to work on predominately landlord-side leasing for major national retail clients. The firm boasts a relaxed yet professional culture, offering hands-on, engaging, client-facing work.Opportunity to work with a leading property law firmDynamic and supportive team environmentHands-on, client-facing role with major national retail clientsWhat you'll do:As a Leasing Assistant, your role will be pivotal in supporting the firm's major national retail clients on predominately landlord-side leasing. You will be responsible for reviewing leases and related dealings, liaising with various stakeholders, attending to registration requirements, and handling associated administrative tasks. Your excellent attention to detail, strong initiative and professional attitude will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.Review and ensure leases and related dealings are in registrable form, including proper execution and necessary documentation receivedLiaise with clients, solicitors and other external partiesAttend to registration, ensuring all legal requirements are met and attend to requisitions where requiredHandle associated administrative tasks including post registration procedures, filing and billingMaintain in-depth knowledge of retail leasing processes in all StatesUtilise PEXA experience to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of leasing processesWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for the Leasing Assistant position brings a wealth of knowledge about retail leasing processes across all states. With at least two years' experience in a similar role, you're ready to hit the ground running. Your excellent attention to detail, combined with your strong communication skills, make you an asset when liaising with clients and other external parties. Your excellent time management skills allow you to handle multiple responsibilities effectively while maintaining a high standard of work.Some knowledge of retail leasing processes across all StatesAt least 2 years' experience in a similar roleExcellent attention to detailStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent time management and organisational skillsStrong initiative and work ethicNo prior legal experience requiredWhat sets this company apart:This award-winning boutique property law firm offers a unique blend of professional excellence and a relaxed culture.
