About the Role: We have an exciting role available for a Lease Administrator to join our Property & Leasing team.
Reporting to the Senior Leasing Administrator, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of the lease documentation process following agreement, which includes monitoring, ensuring execution and recording all the information and ensuring lease terms and conditions are maintained for the life of the lease.
Your key responsibilities will include: Announce new stores and relocations to the BusinessSet up new stores on Lease Eagle database – from new store sheet, including charges and clausesMonitor and track leases to execution and update Lease Eagle DatabaseSet up and maintain all Property Databases, including Lease Eagle, spreadsheets etc.
- in line with commercial agreements and dates as per Store Development scheduleRun Handover reports and review weekly with Store Development TeamAssist the Senior Leasing Administrator and corporate lawyer with negotiation and finalisation of leases where requiredCoordinate execution for all storage licence agreements and upkeep register of all storage units and associated costsLiaise with Operations team to ensure all Shopfitter and Landlord defects have been completed and all conditions of payment fulfilledEnsure payments are received promptly in line with terms of agreementArrange insurance certificates for new stores with our insurerAssist Senior Leasing Administrator, Commercial Leasing Manager, GM Property and Leasing Team where requiredLiaise with Landlords in relation to store maintenance issues where landlord is responsible for cost recoveryAttend new store opening meetingsTo succeed in this role, you will need to have the following: Strong communication skills, both written and verbalStrategic thinking with experience in implementing process improvements and efficiencies within a lease administration roleExcellent time management skills - handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesIntermediate Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to build strong and effective relationshipsAffiliation with Accent Group Core values and "Make It Happen" attitude.At Accent Group Limited, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
