Our client is an iconic retailer seeking a Lease Administrator/ Property Manager to manage the leases across the national portfolio.

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate lease & property management of the company's leasehold portfolio. In this role your duties will include:
Undertaking account and portfolio reconciliationsInputting new leases into the lease administration systemUpdating landlord informationAuditing leases and paymentsReportingLiaising with various teams - leasing, facilities management, etc.Engaging with landlord regarding lease, facilities, and escalated issuesThe Candidate:
The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years of Lease Administration or Property Management experience and have:
