Lease Administrator/ Property Manager - Retail

The Company Our client is an iconic retailer with and is seeking a Lease Administrator/ Property Manager to manage the leases across the national portfolio.
Benefits include:  Excellent remuneration - $125k Hybrid working: 2-3 days working from home (wfh) offered Sydney CBD location The Role This position is responsible for ensuring accurate lease & property management of the company's leasehold portfolio.
In this role your duties will include: Undertaking account and portfolio reconciliations Inputting new leases into the lease administration system Updating landlord information Auditing leases and payments Reporting Liaising with various teams - leasing, facilities management, etc.
