Join the team We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Leasing Administrator to join our driven Lease Management Team within the property space.
This role is committed to ensuring leases are accurately administered with a focus around reducing operating costs for the business. Leveraging your prior property experience, you will have a strong understanding of leasing terms, charge negotiation, lease calculations and lease payments.
What you'll be doing Collating and inputting sales and leasing data into Lease Management Software.Ensuring all lease payments are accurately calculated and paid in accordance to lease terms and requirements.Monitor and manage upcoming lease reviews.Collaborating with a team to manage 450 active leases across Australia and New Zealand.Reviewing leasing terms and conditions.
