This centralised role assists the Segment's Property Managers with the delivery of quality property management services. Check Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI) has successfully been completed each month.Assist with production of Tenant Tax Invoices across portfolio by monitoring closure of lease events.Lease Abstractions of New Lease Setups (renewals and assignments included) and any Lease Modifications.Tenant PLI Certificate currency maintained in MRI.Bank Guarantees in place, remind PMs of top-ups required from tenants.Assist Property Managers with initiation of credit apply transactions to clear matched debits/credits.Tenant Email Address reviews – All undelivered mail to be reviewed and amended in MRI to capture correctly.Sundry Charge initiation via CALA, the internal workflow platform.Consistency of tenancy schedules and master data maintained for MRI and Acumen reporting.Lease Audits – assistance where deemed required.CALA – Monthly reviews to ensure all records are closed to completion.First point of escalation for Property Managers regarding Lease Admin queries.CALA assistance for Segment staff.Control Sheet/Calendar – Monthly reviews to ensure correct data is captured in MRI.Attend regular PAM LA Meetings.Assist with Tenant Account reconciliations when required and time allows.What you can expect from us:As an organisation, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
