A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a Lease Administrator to become part of an energetic and integral goal - oriented team.
Reporting to the Lease Manager, this role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including: Initiate new lease agreements, renewals, and manage vacating procedures Collaborate closely with the Lease Administration team to ensure leasing procedures and information are accurately entered into the system Conduct thorough checks on all incoming data for the month and perform audits on existing lease charges.
Ensure the accuracy of monthly rent and additional fee adjustments across all tenant billing to reflect recent changes correctly Engage with suppliers and tenants regarding invoice and payment queries Verify the correct allocation of invoice expenses against specific properties and general ledger (GL) codes.
Reporting as required by property and centre managers Liaise closely with accountants, legal team and management as needed To be considered for this role you will have at least 2-3 years' experience working in lease administration from another property firm.
You will also have exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and value working in a cooperative and driven team environment.
