The Responsibilities
As aRetail and Commercial Lease Administration Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare letters of offer, Heads of Agreement, disclosure statements & distributing lease documentationAssisting with the preparation of monthly reportsNegotiate lease clauses with landlord solicitorsOngoing review of minimum leasing requirementsPreparing approval submissions as well as other items such as insurance, bank guarantees, etcSupporting the Compliance Manager and the Property Management team on certain leasing issues and negotiating a mutually satisfying outcome.Compliance and reportingSkills and Experience
