You will be involved in a range of activities, from design and delivery of programs, conducting classes to training effectiveness evaluation. As a Learning Specialist, your knowledge and skills combined with your exceptional interpersonal ability will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. How You Will Achieve ItContribute to the completion of complex projects, managing your own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on your own projects within a team.Partner with the central and functional teams to effectively design, develop and implement learning programs in support of business goals and site strategies.
