Learning Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking two ESCC Learning Specialists to support Children and Young People with Educational Support. The successful candidates will create and implement customised educational programs to address each Young Person's unique needs, providing focused support in numeracy and literacy. This is a dynamic and individualised role with opportunities to deliver one-on-one education, specialist education support, and targeted learning interventions. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, a tertiary qualification in education, and experience working with Children and Young People who have experienced trauma.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement customised educational programs addressing each Young Person's unique needs Provide focused support in numeracy and literacy to assist Young People to achieve their full potential Deliver one-on-one education and provide specialist education support, advocacy, and targeted learning interventions Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to support Young People's educational goals Work Environment:
