Our team is dedicated to delivering effective and engaging learning programs that cater to the unique requirements of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a highly skilled team to develop and deliver evidence-based learning programs that meet the requirements of the Victorian Curriculum.
Work with a capped class size of eight students, accompanied by an Education Support worker, to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Develop and implement tailored teaching strategies to support students with diverse learning difficulties and challenging behaviors.
Contribute to the improvement of programs and student outcomes through collaborative work with colleagues.
What You'll Need:
A four-year teaching qualification or equivalent, with eligibility for Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
Demonstrated understanding and experience of implementing evidence-based teaching practices informed by the Victorian Curriculum.
Experience in designing, delivering, and assessing programs that cater to individual learners' needs and engage students with diverse learning difficulties.
Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues to enhance program quality and student outcomes.

Valid and current VIT Card.
Valid and current Driver's Licence.
Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
