The Position The Learning Diversity Administrator provides administrative and clerical assistance to the Head of Learning Diversity and the wider team. They will support the team, by establishing and maintaining systems for the effective operation of the department and the management of school-based data for the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD).
About You Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage competing tasks with a high level of attention to detail Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills and data base management High level interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team Flexibility and be able to operate effectively in a changing environment Demonstrated commitment to their own professional learning  Previous work in an educational setting (advantageous) Demonstrated understanding of and experience working with the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) process in schools (desirable) Understanding of and experience with supporting students with additional learning needs in an educational setting (advantageous) Demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and an understanding of the importance of charism and spiritual tradition in the life of an order-owned Catholic school A commitment to the safety, wellbeing, and protection of all children A current Working with Children Check (employee) and National Police Check are essential requirements for this position.
This position is full time, ongoing, working term time only (paid school holidays). Part time, 4 days per week may be considered. Ideally commencing within Term 3, 2024 (August-September) .
