About Vacro Vacro is an independent non-profit organisation working with people caught in the criminal justice system and their families. Founded in 1872, we are Victoria's oldest and only specialised criminal justice reintegration service. We provide reintegration, family, and employment support that enables people to create new beginnings for themselves and their families.

The Opportunity Vacro is seeking a passionate People & Culture professional to create a positive employee safety and wellbeing experience, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment in line with Vacro's values. You will take the lead on learning and development, wellbeing, and recruitment initiatives across Vacro. You should be a friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Key Selection Criteria Bachelor degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience; 3+ years relevant experience in People & CultureDemonstrate affinity with employee learning and learning technologiesAble to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning coursesFamiliarity with e-learning platformsAble to solve problems quickly and resolve issuesAbility to communicate effectively and engage with employeesExperience supporting the general wellbeing of employeesExperience in providing services to improve employee engagement and connectedness.What We Offer Vacro is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to staff wellbeing. This role is classified at Level 7 (pay point dependent on qualifications and experience) of the SCHADS 2010 Award.
