We are currently seeking a Learning & Development Partner to join our People & Corporate Affairs team. As a Learning & Development Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Asahi Beverages by supporting the delivery of our end-to-end capability agenda within our talent strategy. This includes facilitating learning programs across various subject matter areas and driving the delivery of various capability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate dynamic learning programs across a range of areas such as Business Fundamentals.Manage overall strategy, execution of Learning Needs Analysis and lead all phases of capability planning, collateral development, delivery, and measurement.Drive the delivery of various capability initiatives, from designing solutions to managing reporting and communication.Design all capability using a structured methodology and process.Ensure multiple pathways are considered for skill uplift including face-to-face workshops, online guides and resources, on-demand performance support, etc.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend tailored capability solutions.Cultivate strong relationships with external providers and industry bodies to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends.About You To be successful in this role you will have:
Tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline is desirable but not essential.Certification in Training and Assessment is desirable.Proven experience in translating capability needs into actionable solutions.Facilitation skills with a focus on deep engagement.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.Knowledge of project management principles and planning.Experience managing capability development for large-scale organisation-wide changes in a fast-paced and complex organisation.Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies including the 70:20:10 model.Collaborative, adaptive and skilled at effectively handling competing priorities in a complex, ambiguous environment.Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to design simple, engaging, and effective capability collateral along with confident and adaptive facilitation style.Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the business with diverse groups of people.Experience with Success Factors Learning desirable.Asahi Beverages is a leading multi-beverage organisation with a rich and varied history.
