About the role
As a Learning & Development Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Service: Facilitate L&D activities with a customer-focused approach, building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders. Facilitated Learning: Deliver engaging training programs in-person and online and contribute to the design and evaluation of high-quality learning experiences. Administration: Manage logistics for training sessions, serve as the main contact for L&D inquiries, and maintain accurate training records. Budget Management: Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices. Project Participation: Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resources. About you
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Previous administrative experience with a strong customer service focus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of people. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
