About the roleAs a Learning & Development Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Some of your key responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Facilitate L&D activities with a customer-focused approach, building positive relationships with staff and stakeholders Facilitated Learning: Deliver engaging training programs in-person and online and contribute to the design and evaluation of high-quality learning experiences Administration: Manage logistics for training sessions, serve as the main contact for L&D inquiries, and maintain accurate training records Budget Management: Track training expenses and ensure timely processing of invoices Project Participation: Assist with system integrations and the enhancement of training resources About youTo be successful in this position, you will possess the following: Advanced Microsoft Office skillsPrevious administrative experience with a strong customer service focusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and consult effectively with a diverse range of peopleStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently, show high levels of initiative, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWillingness to learn new skills and participate in projects that contribute to continuous improvement Why VMCH?Because the people we employ make it a great place to work!
