CBD law firm Excellent employee benefits - salary sacrificing options, birthday leave, monthly drinks! 2-3 days a week (Monday is a must) The role As a Learning & Development Manager, of a well established law firm, your duties will include - Implementing L & D solutions Collaborate with practice groups and individuals to assess capability, performance and learning requirements Managing the delivery of the firm's training program proactively network within the expansive legal community overseeing specific L & D projects to support organisational development goals ensuring diverse delivery options for L & D programs, including face to face, webinar, online learning and workplace projects manage the firm's mentoring program conduct induction and orientation programs, including he creation of training materials collaborate with the IT department to develop and deliver IT/technical updates as required. maintain employee training data, ensuring compliance with the Qld Law Society CPD obligations Keep L & D manuals /guides current and effectively promote the firm's L & D programs / projects for ongoing engagement stay informed about l & D best practices to drive continuous improvement across the firm assist with firm-wide initiatives as part of the business services unit ensure compliance with relevant firm policies, procedures and business systems. You You will have a minimum of 4 years Learning and Development Management experience within a law firm background. The Firm / Salary / Benefits Well established law firm, corporate offices. 70 staff. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (up to $150,000 including super pro rata'd).
