This role involves collaborating closely with the Head of Talent & Capability and key stakeholders to create a comprehensive L&D strategy that identifies and addresses skill gaps, maximises training opportunities, and aligns with our strategic goals. This is a permanent full-time position based in our Cooma office.In this role, you will:Inspire and guide a high-performing team, by providing hands-on coaching and supporting them in their professional development.Create and implement a holistic learning strategy by conducting needs assessments and managing the L&D budget to maximise impact.Oversee a variety of learning programs that use different methodologies, including e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training, to meet diverse employee needs.Drive the integration of new learning technologies to enhance learner engagement and continuously improve our L&D offerings.Work with P&P business partners, subject matter experts, and external vendors to deliver training that aligns with our business objectives and makes a measurable impact.What we're looking for:A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience.Proven experience in designing and delivering effective L&D programs and strategies.Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring an L&D team.A strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design, and current L&D trends.Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and evaluating program effectiveness.Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire our employees.Applications close by Friday, 15th of November 2024.
