We are what you're looking for.The RoleJoin CBH in a full-time role, reporting to the Head of Culture & Capability.Are you passionate about enhancing learning experiences and driving business success?As the Lead - L&D, you'll provide expert coaching, advice, and guidance on all things learning and development including systems and processes.You'll ensure our learning LMS architecture is top-notch, tailored to both user experience and business needs.
Your role will involve the design, development and deployment of learning solutions and reviewing existing training packages on offer.Responsibilities include:Design and Manage Learning Architecture: Create, implement, and oversee learning structures in the LMS that align with business needs, prioritising simplicity and user experience.Design, Develop and Deploy Learning Solutions: This includes developing learning solutions for individuals and cross organisation capability, with a particular focus on our Operations team.Ensure Training Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to training review dates.Coordinate Training Package Reviews: Support the review process of CBH's training packages, including contextualising programs as necessary.Analyse Learning Data: Examine learning data to identify trends and ensure easy access to this information for employees and managers.Provide Expert Advice: As a senior member of the C&C team, offering expert advice to the team and the business as needed.About You:Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, or 6+ years of L&D/HR experience.Skilled in Learning Management Systems including Success Factors and Articulate.Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and project manage from concept through to delivery.Practical experience with L&D design and development, systems and training.Skilled in interpreting learning data.Be willing and available to travel to other locations from time to time within WA.Experience in creating pathways for internal talent growth.Qualification or experience in training and workshop facilitation.Why work with CBH?Work with meaning and being part of something bigger: Play a critical role in moving WA's grain from paddocks to ports, and on to countries all around the world.
