Your Role: Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the Learning & Development Consultant is a key player in shaping a skilled workforce at Australian Military Bank.
In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement engaging learning programs that empower our team to meet compliance standards and enhance their skills.
Your primary focus will be on enriching the orientation experience and developing impactful training initiatives for our member-facing staff.
You'll also be instrumental in optimising the use of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring that every employee can easily access valuable resources and training.
By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you'll help equip our staff with the tools they need to thrive, elevating our customer service and driving operational excellence.
Collaboration will be key as you work within a small team and partner with various departments to create initiatives that not only support individual growth but also contribute to the overall success of Australian Military Bank.

About You: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment, ideally in the banking and finance sector.
You hold a degree and/or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or an equivalent qualification), which complements your expertise.
Your exceptional communication abilities allow you to build strong partnerships and effectively influence key stakeholders.
Proficient in instructional design and LMS administration, you also excel at analysing data and generating insights, all while ensuring high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
Additionally, your experience with ELMO Talent Management System or similar platforms is a valuable asset.
