We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Business Partner who will support the development and delivery of organisational development, capability enhancement and change management programs & initiatives through the development, deployment, and administration of the E3Learning Platform.

Based in Derrimut, this role embraces a hybrid working model

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinate and support Bulla's activities surrounding Learning and Development strategy, in particular training frameworks, tools and curating the E3Learning platform to support operational performance and leadership development.
Coordination of workshops, attendance reporting, facilitation of key workshops and offering post-program support to participants and managers.
Manage the design, development, and delivery of eLearning & Development products.
Coordinate and report Learning & Development activities, including activity on the E3 platform.
Coordinate and support the annual Aurion performance appraisal system and process.
Coordinate and support the alignment & engagement survey (every two years) planning, and coordination of reports

You will have:

Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline, or equivalent workplace experience and exposure
Minimum five (5) years HR experience in a similar role
Demonstrated experience in the creation & deployment of eLearning programs and some face -to-face experience.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build credible relationships and influence at all levels of the business
Ability to investigate, learn and problem-solve in a structured framework, or is prepared to learn
