Then we have a unique opportunity for you! Due to an internal transfer, the Northern Land Council is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner with relevant experience to join our dedicated team of professionals. It's a really exciting time with a new strategy in the works, and you'll have the opportunity to develop, curate, and deliver impactful learning programs to build capability. This is a truly dynamic role where you can put your expertise to work helping to build a stronger NLC.
About the Role This position will be responsible for the development and delivery of a range of learning and development initiatives across the L&D portfolio. You will employ internal consulting, coaching, and project management principles to research, design, develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate innovative and cost-effective learning and development solutions to meet business needs.
What you will bring You will have high-level cross-cultural, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills combined with excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will bring an excellent customer service ethos that supports your team and builds strong and effective stakeholder relationships with people at all levels of the organisation. An eye for detail with solid logistical and IT software skills.
In addition to this, you will have:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or similar and/or relevant experienceMinimum of 2 years in a workplace learning or human resources functionExpertise in the research, design, and delivery of tailored learning programs, particularly for diverse and geographically dispersed teams, ensuring solutions align with organisational goalsCurrent C Class Drivers Licence and the ability and willingness to undertake remote travel in a manual 4WD vehicle or light aircraftWe offer: A base salary of $98,720 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per yearOther benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents5 weeks annual leave, leaving loading, 18 days personal leavePaid Christmas close downUpon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2,961Interested applicants should send a copy of their CV along with a maximum 2-page cover letter outlining their relevant skills and experiences against the essential and desirable criteria of the position description.
