Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join its passionate team!Are you looking to take the lead in your next L&D role? The Learning and Development Advisor plays a crucial role in building organisational capability through the delivery of engagement-led learning activities aligned with T2's strategic goals and purpose.About the RoleThe role involves operating as a learning specialist to address training needs by consulting, designing, and delivering impactful learning initiatives. The focus is on developing, implementing, executing and maintaining effective learning programs that drive behavioural change and achieve desired business outcomes. Through a strategic approach to learning and development, the advisor ensures that all initiatives are linked to T2's organisational strategy and contribute to the overall success of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCurate, develop and implement learning programs that are aligned with the organisation's objectives and contribute to an overall T2 learning strategyCommunicate the organisation's compliance learning priorities, allowing flexibility to respond to emerging risks and training needsDesign, develop and implement effective learning and development solutions for face-to-face and digital deliveryUse your change management skills to work collaboratively with the business to drive outcomes and engagementManage the LMS, e-learning platform and content systems (Success Factors, Articulate, Go1)Curate the e-learning onboarding of new staff, allocation of training modules, recording of live training sessions, and uploading of new training modulesMaintain accurate records of development spend and committed spend to support the People team in maintaining the Learning & OD budgetDevelop and manage ALL learning and development metrics and use data to drive decision making to drive the removal of complexityPrepare monthly reports that identify mandatory completion rates and insights to enable targeted strategies to improve performance and learning participationStay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, developments in learning technologies and different training techniques including e-learning, coaching, mentoring, classroom training and workshopsAbout YouExperience in Learning & DevelopmentStrong written and oral communication skills with the ability to edit and proof-readExperience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframesAbility to interact with colleagues and third-party vendors at all levelsFlexible working approach to deliver the best outcomesAbility to work both autonomously and co-operatively with others and contribute in a team environmentHigh proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook)Experience with the Learning Management Systems mentioned aboveCert 4 Training and Assessment highly desirableA desire to build your L&D career!Life at T2Enjoy a 50% discount to spoil yourself, plus endless cups of tea.Get recognition and rewards.
