Reporting to our Group L&D Manager, and based at our modern, Kent Town offices, we are looking for a highly organised individual with high level instructional design who can demonstrate both the ability to work autonomously and as a key member of a small team.
As our Learning Content Designer working within a close-knit L&D team, you will develop and deliver effective and engaging courses and training resources to enhance learning across various delivery methods, including computer and web-based training, audio, video and simulations, this whilst working alongside subject matter experts. You will create engaging, interactive learning content in the form of e-learning courses, videos, and gamification activities with a strong customer focus to support and anticipate company, department, and individual needs on a national scale.
About YouTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will possess:
A background in creating and delivering learning content in a retail, customer service, or manufacturing domain.A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to make content visually stimulating using your visual and artistic talents.The ability to create an end-to-end learning strategy from training needs analysis to post-implementation review.Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and draw in your audiences.Ability to learn new IT systems, have an understanding of virtual reality, and keep abreast of newest technological learning trends.Strong problem-solving skills coupled with excellent time management and project management experience.Tertiary qualifications in Training Design or Training & Assessment and experience using Articulate 360 will be viewed favorably.Whilst manufacturing is our foundation, our team is our future.
