About the role The Learning and Engagement Officer's role is to develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality public programs, experiences, and resources relating to the WA Museum and in particular, the Museum of the Goldfields' exhibitions and collections, for a diverse audience including schools. The position assists the development of operational planning, and the training of all front-of-house staff.

Develop and deliver creative, innovative, and layered public and school programs, experiences, and interpretation.Develop programs in the context of museum exhibitions, collections, research, and expertise, for a diverse range of audiences.Work with the site's Regional Manager to develop community links which benefit public and school programs and development, and raise the profile of the museum within the region.Contribute to the development of Operational Plans, including for future exhibitions, and Audience Engagement programs.How to apply Please ensure that you review the attached Job Description Form (JDF) for further information about the work-related requirements (Selection Criteria) of this position.
