Learning and Development Implementation and Administration Required skills and attributes: Learning, development and training – with the ability to design, develop and deliver the content and materials to meet requirements.Event strategy and management – Including planning, scheduling, conducting and promoting an engaging event that leverages interactive experiences and deepens participant connection with the content.Multi-media and audio-visual production – Including live-streaming, technical facilitation and assistance (during event); and recording, production of accessible recorded content for online viewing (post event).Communications, event marketing and social media – Including the development and production of suitable promotional and staging materials such as flyers, brochures, handouts, posters, banners, pull-ups, media wall, and social media props.Evaluation and wrap-up – Including the production of a meaningful event evaluation report.Ability to lead and support stakeholder consultation and engagement.
