Depending on the position, an officer may have the following: RTO Skillsets – Enterprise Trainer, AssessorCertificate IV Training and AssessmentDiploma Training Design and DevelopmentDiploma of Vocational Education and TrainingExperience in both virtual and face-to-face facilitation and/or developmentData analytics and reportingUniversity degree in Adult Education or equivalentLocated nationally with the preference of Canberra, Sydney or Perth.
