Depending on the position, an officer may have the following:
RTO Skillsets – Enterprise Trainer, Assessor
Certificate IV Training and Assessment
Diploma Training Design and Development
Diploma of Vocational Education and Training
Experience in both virtual and face to face facilitation and/or development
Data analytics and reporting
University degree in Adult Education or equivalent
Located nationally with the preference of Canberra, Sydney or Perth.
