About the Role We are excited to welcome a Learning and Development Coordinator to our People and Culture team.
This role offers a clear pathway to an advisory position and provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on compliance, training, and the growth of our employees.
In this role, you will establish efficient processes to maintain compliance requirements and training records whilst working towards the strategic development of learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Maintain all staff training records in alignment with Training Needs Analysis requirements and ongoing refresher deadlines.Build and implement streamlined systems for training compliance.Liaise with external training providers, coordinate training bookings, and apply for government funding where applicable.Oversee and track apprenticeships and traineeship training plans, logbooks, e-card signoffs and funding claims, ensuring program participants meet their development milestones.Coordinate activities for graduates, undergraduates, apprentices, and trainees, ensuring their successful integration into the business and encouraging participation in industry networking events.Support the creation and coordination of Career Development Plans, collaborating with managers to meet individual and business goals.What We're Looking For Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field (or working towards).
A certificate IV in Training & Assessment is desirable.Understanding of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) & the vocational education & training sector.Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.A proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong organisational and communication skills.Passion for supporting the growth and development of others.Why Join Us?
