About the role Reporting to the Manager Capability and Culture, the Learning and Development Coordinator plays a pivotal role in advancing TAFE Gippsland's strategic objectives by championing a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Through collaborative needs assessment, innovative program design, implementation, and evaluation, the Learning and Development Coordinator ensures that all staff members are equipped with the skills and knowledge essential for their professional success and contribution to TAFE Gippsland's goals and objectives.
About you You are a passionate and innovative Learning and Development professional with a proven ability to design and deliver impactful programs that drive organisational success. With experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources, you bring a strategic mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a talent for aligning learning initiatives with business goals. You thrive in dynamic environments, confidently partnering with leaders and stakeholders to identify skill gaps, design future-focused solutions, and implement effective learning strategies.
Qualifications and experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, Learning and Development, Business Administration or related fieldA current Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment is desirableA minimum 5-7 years' experience in a Learning and Development or Human Resources role with a focus on strategy developmentSound ICT knowledgeDemonstrated ability to deliver group presentationsMandatory requirements Current Victorian Working with Children ClearanceCurrent Police Check (not older than 12 months old)Current Driver's Licence (travel between campuses is a requirement of the role)A six-month probationary period applies to this role How to apply To apply for this position please visit the TAFE Gippsland website.
