About the role: An exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity has become available in the Change, Communications and Experience Design Team as a Learning and Development Consultant. As a consultant, you will be working across our customer facing and operational teams to understand and clarify learning needs, build iterative learning experiences and measure the impact of those learning experiences. The role will be required to actively engage stakeholders and peer groups to translate strategy and process into innovative learning outcomes including the authoring and publishing of learning materials.
What you'll be doing: Undertaking discovery workshops to identify and shape learning requirements. Using your expertise to understand desired outcomes and respectfully challenge the status quo when needed. Designing contemporary end user focused learning materials for facilitated and digital delivery. Consulting and collaborating with project leaders and change managers to drive business change and best practice learning experiences. Delivering train-the-trainer briefings and contributing to the development of our learning facilitators. About you: You will have a passion for collaborating with peer groups and end users to design best practice, fit for purpose learning solutions. Your natural ability to influence and drive outcomes with your end user in mind will ensure your success in this role. Curiosity and the drive to champion the learner experience. A growth mindset and commitment to your professional development. Experience in consulting and influencing; the ability to use your expertise to influence initiatives and outcomes. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills - demonstrated ability to use questioning and listening skills to help stakeholders define learning requirements.
