The role will be based at the Out-posted Centre (OPC), a warehouse which is used as the centre of the Major Federal Government event activities for the duration of the project. Please note due to the nature of this role, after the initial training period this year, successful candidates will then return to the project in early 2025.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake online, self-directed, and virtual training prior to the project to prepare for the delivery of training sessions for new labour hire. Deliver face-to-face training sessions to labour hire in line with the provided national training package and schedule. Engage with relevant organisational staff prior to the commencement of the first training session and continue communication throughout the delivery period. Prepare and/or set up training venues as outlined in the national training package guidance, which may include transporting training materials and liaising with venue contacts. Collaborate with the Training SME to ensure participants gain from their expertise and that key messages are delivered consistently and effectively in each training session. Monitor the effectiveness of each training session and assess participants' levels of understanding. Complete and maintain all training records accurately. Work alongside organisational staff to resolve any complaints or incidents. What next? The application process: A cover letter MUST be provided along with any application.
