OverviewSee yourself in our team:As the Learning and Development Administrator, you will support the Learning and Development Team to ensure all administration functions of internal and external training programs are running effectively leading to a harmonious relationship with internal stakeholders and external clients. You will be expected to keep up-to-date with the latest business & technological developments, as well as having the skills to communicate the information effectively to staff as the need arises.  How you'll make an impactOn a day to day basis you will:Manage training administration including inboxes, enrolments, scheduling, invitations and room management to facilitate training deliveryManage the administration relating to third-party vendor presentations Create appropriate marketing collateral and provide QA assistance on new materials created for adherence to brand guidelinesMaintenance of materials on the intranet and internetAssist with general training queries from colleagues and external clients in regards to trainingLiaise with facilitators to distribute pre-and post-training materials All facets of Learning Management System maintenance including creating courses, loading materials, creating and managing users, registering attendance and post training surveys & reportingManagement of colleague training records outside of the Learning Management System About you We are interested in hearing from people who have:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholdersExcellent of time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detailExceptional customer focusAdvanced user of Microsoft Office programsSelf-motivated and results focusedAdaptable, flexible and thrives working in a fast-paced environmentFocus on continual process improvementEffective and flexible problem-solving ability Working with us:GB values its employees and offers a friendly, comfortable working environment that facilitates a Work and Life Balance!
